Yes. Breed and weight restrictions apply, which include a 60lb weight limit. The restricted breeds are Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Husky, Chow Chow, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pincher, Presa Canario, Boxer, Dalmatian, Akita, Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
 

Yes, the pet fees include a non-refundable $250 deposit per pet, plus $50 a month per pet
 

Our townhomes feature a Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Stove,  and Dishwasher (Microwave in select units).
